1. Who we are

Qodmark ("Qodmark", "we", "us") is a software and digital agency providing website builds, social media content and short-form video production for businesses. Qodmark is a trading name of DMC Kreatif Limited, Unit 6 Hill View Studios, 160 Eltham Hill, London SE9 5EA, United Kingdom — card statements may show "DMC KREATIF". By purchasing a package or engaging our services through qodmark.com, you agree to these terms.

2. Services & packages

Each package includes the deliverables listed on its package card at the time of purchase. Delivery timelines (e.g. 7-day or 10-day delivery) start once we have received all required materials from you — including brand assets, content, access credentials and written approval of scope. Delays in providing materials extend timelines accordingly.

3. Pricing, VAT & payment

• All prices are listed in GBP and exclude VAT; VAT is calculated and added at checkout.
• Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your card details.
• One-time packages are payable in full at checkout unless agreed otherwise in writing.
• Monthly packages renew automatically each month until cancelled.
• Promotional and discount codes are time-limited, package-specific and cannot be combined.

4. Revisions & scope

Packages include reasonable rounds of revisions within the listed scope. Work outside the package scope (additional pages, extra videos, new features) is quoted separately as an add-on.

5. Cancellations & refunds

• Monthly packages can be cancelled any time, effective at the end of the current billing period.
• One-time packages: if work has not started, you may request a full refund within 7 days of purchase.
• Once production has started, refunds are pro-rated to the work completed.

6. Intellectual property

Upon full payment, you own the final deliverables produced for your brand. We retain the right to showcase non-confidential work in our portfolio unless you request otherwise in writing.

7. Liability

Our total liability for any claim arising from a package is limited to the amount you paid for that package. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for third-party services (hosting providers, domain registrars, ad platforms) acting outside our control.
