How does pricing work?
Every package has a clear, fixed price in GBP, plus VAT. You pick a package, pay securely by card, and that's it — no retainers you don't understand and no surprise invoices.
I've agreed a custom price with you — how do I pay it?
We'll send you a time-limited discount code for your package. Enter it on the checkout page and the price updates to the figure we agreed.
Do you handle domains and hosting?
Yes — we take care of it. We check availability, register the domain for you (1st year included with website packages), set up hosting and professional email, and connect everything so it's ready to go.
Do you provide professional email?
Yes — and the first year is included. Launch comes with 1 mailbox on your own domain (you@yourbrand.com), Business with 2, and Commerce with 5. After the first year (or for more mailboxes) our Professional Email plan is £15/month for 5.
How fast will my project be delivered?
It depends on the package — Launch ships in 7 days, Business in 10, and Commerce in around 30 working days. Reels packs are produced in batches, and social media plans run monthly.
What do you need from me to get started?
Your company name and sector, logo and visuals (or we design them), contact details, your preferred package, and the country/language you're targeting.
Can I pay monthly?
Social media plans (Bronze, Silver, Gold) are monthly subscriptions. Website and reels packages are one-time payments.
Is my payment secure?
Payments are processed by Stripe and we never see or store your card details. Qodmark is a trading name of DMC Kreatif Limited, so your card statement may show “DMC KREATIF”.
Can I add more later?
Absolutely. Add-ons like extra pages, languages, reels, ad management and SEO growth are quoted separately whenever you need them.
