• Contact details you submit (name, email, phone) when requesting a quote or joining the waitlist.
• Billing details processed at checkout — handled by Stripe; we never see or store full card numbers.
• Basic technical data (browser, device, pages visited) used to keep the site fast and secure.

2. How we use it

• To respond to enquiries and deliver the services you purchase.
• To process payments, invoices and VAT through Stripe.
• To send project updates and, only with your consent, occasional marketing.

3. Sharing

We share data only with the processors needed to run our service — Stripe (payments), our hosting provider, and email delivery services — under their own GDPR-compliant terms. We never sell your data.

4. Retention

Enquiry data is kept while we work together and for a reasonable period afterwards. Invoicing records are retained as required by law. You can request deletion of your data at any time.

5. Your rights

Under UK GDPR you may access, correct, export or erase your personal data, and object to or restrict processing. To exercise any right, email hello@qodmark.com.

6. Cookies

We use only essential cookies (theme preference, session). Payment pages hosted by Stripe set their own cookies under Stripe's policy.
